Carlos Fernandes founded Chase Builders in 1999. Passionate about architecture and a veteran in commercial construction, he began his foray into residential renovation and custom home building with a single project. Starting from the vision of the special times you will share with family and friends, his goal — then and now — is to craft the kind of houses that fit in harmoniously with their surroundings and lend themselves to the lifestyles of the families who will live there.
